The IMI portal is an online subscription based service. Access to all 6 modules is priced at $2000 per year.

What if I am not satisfied with my subscription to the IMI portal?

If you are not satisfied with the IMI Portal subscription, please contact the Industrial data management unit at GOIC. Please note the following Refund Policy Statements: The clients who cancel their subscription after 4 weeks from receiving username/password will not be refund by GOIC. In the Event the clients cancel their subscription within 2to 4 week after receiving their username/password they will receive a reimbursement equal to 50% of their total payment. Should the clients cancel their IMI Portal subscription within 2 weeks after receiving the username/password, they will receive a reimbursement equal to 75% of their total payment.

Is the information available in the IMI portal available somewhere else?

IMI has put together a comprehensive set of databases which provide micro and macro details about each industry in the GCC. This information is derived from public resources but primarily from GOIC own research.

Can I get any support if can not find the information I want from the IMI portal?

IMI team members are available to assist you with any inquiry you may have. We provide telephone, email and fax support.

Is it possible to save or print the information?

Your subscription allows download all results as PDF, RTF (Rich-Text Format) and Excel format, which you can print easily.

How often the information in the IMI portal is updated?

All databases expect the foreign trade are updated on a daily bases, while the foreign trade database is updated yearly after releasing these information from its national resources.

What are the sources of the information of the IMI portal?

GOIC obtains its information directly from GCC authorities in addition to its own surveys.

How many users can use the IMI portal per each subscription?

Each subscription entitles you to use the IMI portal, Only one user can use the same username and password at the same time. Should you need more subscriptions, please contact the IMI team at imi@goic.org.qa
